While waiting for Kara to get in appropriate running attire I stuffed my face with chips and salsa....and then
2.5 mile jog
10 hill sprints/foot work
50 sit ups
10....push ups
No worries I will be improving now that I am writing work outs down...and people can see them
no way dude this is rad
